Machine Structure
The 4-Axis Gantry CNC Machining Center has a solid and stable gantry-type servo-drive structure, consisting of a worktable, bed, column, beam, upper and lower sliding boxes, front and rear slides, air pressure control system, automatic lubrication device, automatic cooling filter, aluminum chip collection device, the control system consists of operating desk, industrial operation system, PC, electrical control system, operating software and other components.
Definition of each coordinate axis:
X-axis: The gantry moves left and right vertically and horizontally (stroke 72000mm, 4-axis 7000mm);
Y-axis: High-strength L-shaped slide design, equipped with 2-axis linear track + precision screw for forward and backward rotation (stroke 1400mm, 4-axis 600mm);
Z-axis: Square box design, double-axis linear track on the side + precision screw for up and down rotation (stroke 780mm, 4-axis 400mm);
Worktable Structure
The X-axis is equipped with a double-end stop reference zero positioning baffle, which can be divided into two processing work areas on the left and right, allowing the efficient shuttle operation without interruption while processing, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
Casting Machine Head&Powerful Spindle
It adopts professionally designed precision casting machine head, equipped with 24000RPM high-speed 12KW powerful high-torque spindle to realize high efficient processing of milling, drilling, engraving and cutting, etc.
Efficient Paperless Software Solution
It is equipped stable and advanced German Siemens Industrial System and PC for operation control, and it will provide optional Efficient Paperless Software Solution, which is jointly developed by OYT Software Expert Team and German&Italian Software Expert Team.
The Software can automatically generate the processing program for the Industrial Operation System from 3D Step files, it can also automatically divide the processing divisions and clamp avoidance procedure, it saves much labor cost and improves the efficiency and avoid possible mistakes by 1:1 ratio entity simulation.
Tool Magazine and Tool Detection&Measuring System
The professionally designed linear type tool magazine with 8 tools ensures the stable and efficient tool changing at any position; The machine is equipped with automatic tool detection and measuring system, it can automatically read the tool length through signal feedback system with easy and efficient operation.
Automatic Clamping Avoidance system
It adopts advance and safe auto clamping avoidance system, it will automatically recognize and move the vices to available position while there’s conflicts between tool and vices during operation, it provides safer and higher efficient operation.
Automatic Cooling System
The Spindle has air cooling function to ensure that the spindle does not overheat during processing;
The control system and electrical cabinets are also equipped with heat exhaust cooling systems;
The machine is equipped with a tool cooling spray system, the system extends the lifespan of the tool and improves the processing finish.
Automatic Lubrication System
The machine tool guide rails and ball screws adopt a pressurized central oil supply automatic lubrication system, and are equipped with an oil volume regulating valve, which is simple and convenient to operate;
The oil circuits are all installed with copper pipes, which are durable, and the system operation control realizes automatic centralized oil supply and lubrication;
The electric spindle bearings, reducer and screw bearings are all lubricated with high-grade special sealed oil grease, which is stable and durable.
Safety and Protection
It is equipped with a high-sensitivity infrared induction safety protection light curtain system, the system will start to work once the machine is under operation; once the anybody enters into this protection area while operation, the machine will stop immediately, the machine will not start until the release button is pressed; besides that, it also has the transparent lifting protection door for safety.
Chip Removal design, lighting and appearance
It is equipped with movable chip collection boxes and lighting lamp inside the moveable machine head for processing area, which can improve the safety and meet the needs of night work; it is also equipped with a three-color warning light to indicate three modes: a. under operation, b. operation completion, c. fault alarm; the appearance of the entire machine is made of high-temperature durable and high-end baking painting.
