The 5-Axis Aluminium Facade Curtain Wall CNC Profile Machining Center is applicable for High Accuracy Complicated Processing of Aluminium Metal profiles with one-time clamping, it adopts Creative Design Concepts and Production Technics in accordance with German High Standards and continuous optimization.
It equips 17KW powerful spindle with fast alongside 8 tools magazine and 1 big saw blade of 500mm for large and flexible processing,it can process at any angle and direction in 5 axis and it can also realize 6-side machining from below with an optional angle head, and it’s professional in complicated processing and high accuracy with one-time clamping on regular and irregular profiles.
It adopts Germany Siemens 5-Axis Professional Industrial system with easy operated Man-Machine Conversation Interface, and creatively additional Windows PC on the Control Station to edit program with DXF files, Step files(Germany 3D Software is Optional) transfer to the NC System.
It adopts Casting Machine Head and Casting Clamping Device, as well as Famous High Precision Spindle,Reduer,Ball Screw,Gear Rack and Pinion,Linear Guide, specially our powerful professional well trained assembly engineering technics,which ensures the big processing range for large and compound shaped&curve profiles and the machine high precision for high standard processing requirements.
